Flipping Management

Most of us have read or heard about Khan Academy. It’s one of the most, or maybe the most important electronic learning system on which millions of students all around the world are learning from. Not only that, several schools (maybe thousands) are using it as the main learning platform or, at least a secondary learning platform, just after the school and the traditional methods itself. One of the basics of Khan Academy is what they call “Flip the Classroom”. That means that students should now learn at home, using a regular computer connected to the web and watching video classes and doing online tests, and then getting back to school where teachers will help them where they have difficulties or to exercise more what they just learned at home with highly skilled teachers who have an almost infinite source of multimedia resources to ease the learning process.
